in the security and defense industries. AGS Group expertise is
further enhanced by our International Advisory Board of renowned
experts in HLS disciplines and related technologies.
AGS Group maintains offices in Toronto, Washington and
Tel Aviv in order to provide presence and assistance to our international
network and ongoing operations. In addition, we have partnered
with the Chesapeake Innovation Center, a leading “homeland
security technology accelerator” located in Annapolis, Maryland,
where our future US activities will be based.
In order to promote and nurture our portfolio companies, we leverage
our established industry relationships, technical expertise, and
marketing capacity to provide strategic support in helping our
subsidiaries realize our mutual goals. To that end we assist management
of our portfolio companies when required as they make the transition
from small R&D organizations into well-established, mature
entities and industry leaders.
