Doron Almog
Co-Chairman
Executive Chairman
A Major-General (Res.) in the Israel Defense Forces, Doron Almog
recently retired from the Israeli military after a remarkable
career that culminated as chief of Israeli Southern Command. He
earned international acclaim for his command’s ability to
repulse attacks from the Gaza Strip. General Almog now serves
as Chairman of Tel Aviv-based Athlone Global Security (Israel)
Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Athlone Global Security Inc.,
and leads the group's private equity investment team in Israel.
Stan Bharti
Co-Chairman
Stan Bharti is Chairman of both Athlone Global Security Inc.
and Athlone Bancorp. In addition, he is President and CEO of
Forbes
& Manhattan Inc. and is Chairman and Director of several other
mining and resource subsidiaries associated with the Forbes &
Manhattan Group.

Gordon Hawke
Vice-Chairman
Gordon Hawke brings to Athlone his experience of over 30 years
in the securities, banking and funds management segments of the
financial services industry, including over 20 years with the
Royal Bank of Canada, where he rose to the level of Managing Director
of RBC-Dominion Securities.

Lt. Gen Jay Garner
Director, U.S.A.
Lt. General (Ret.) Jay Garner served in
the U.S. military for 35 years, including command of Air Missile
Defense Units in the Gulf War. In 2003 he was appointed by President
Bush to lead the post-war reconstruction effort in Iraq. He serves
in senior roles in the U.S. public and private- sector defense
industries.

Ronald V. Hite
U.S.A.Lt. General (Ret.) Ronald V. Hite
served 33 years in the U.S. military, culminating a distinguished
career as Senior Military Advisor to the Army Chief of Staff on
all research, development and acquisition programs. Since his
retirement in 1997, General Hite has served as CEO and now Chairman
Emeritus of Cypress International Inc.

Director
Moshe Horev is Vice Chairman of Athlone Global Security (Israel)
Ltd. in Tel Aviv as well as CEO of Oracle Systems Israel Ltd.
Formerly CEO of Hewlett-Packard in Israel, Moshe Horev was also
head of the Israeli Ministry of Defense R&D Division, head
of the Avionics and Armament Division, and head of the Guided
Weapon System Program Office of the Israeli Air Force.

Maj. Gen Lewis W. MacKenzie
Director
Major-General (Ret.) Lewis W. MacKenzie served in the Canadian
Forces for 36 years, including assignments with NATO forces in
Europe and international peacekeeping forces in Gaza, Cairo, Cyprus,
Vietnam, Central America and Sarajevo. He is now an active and
widely sought commentator on military and international affairs,
and a best selling author.

Oliver "Buck" Revell
Director

former Deputy Director of the FBI with a legendary 30-year career,
Oliver “Buck” Revell is a recognized expert in the
fields of national security and terrorism. At the FBI, he was
responsible for all investigative, intelligence and liaison programs.
As founder and president of the Revell Group International, he
now consults widely on business and national security issues.

Wilson
Director and Chairman of
the Audit Committee
BernardWilson is the former Vice-Chairman
of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP.Mr.Wilson is currently the Chairman
of the Founders Board of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Mr. Wilson has also served as Chairman of the Canadian Chamber
of Commerce in 1995; Chairman of the International Chamber of
Commerce Canada from 1996 to 2006; and Member of the Canada/US
Trade Committee from 1985 to 1995.
