Jerry C. Harrison
Major General, (USA, ret.)
President & CEO
Jerry Harrison was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer
of Athlone Global Security Corporation (AGS) in March 2008. He
is responsible for strategically positioning and leading AGS’
eight portfolio companies in growing their North American business
base. He is also charged with developing and executing AGS’
business plans and setting and meeting the sales goals and objectives
for the company.
Jerry’s last position was as Vice President, Business Development
and Sales for General Dynamics C4 Systems based in Scottsdale,
Arizona. He served in industry for 12 years where he is credited
with centralizing General Dynamics’ C4S-level account management
and creating a strong Washington, DC-based C4S presence to its
key customers. During that time, was recognized for winning business
in international and domestic government and adjacent markets.
Prior to joining industry, Jerry served in the United States Army
in various command and staff positions, retiring as a Major General.
He served a combat tour with the 101st Airborne Division in the
Republic of Vietnam. His last assignments in the military were
Commander of Laboratory Command and then as the Chief of Legislative
Liaison for the Army.
Jerry obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the United
States Military Academy at West Point and his Master of Science
degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of
Technology.
He is a past President of the Association of the United States
Army (George Washington Chapter), Washington DC; served as Chairman
of the Government Electronics Industry Association, and as Vice
Chairman of the board of the Electronic Industries Alliance.
Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, Athlone Global Security
Corporation is a body duly incorporated under the laws of Delaware
(AGS Corp.).
