Arik Nir
Chief Operating Officer
With over 10 years of service in the Israel Defense Forces and
the Israeli Security Agency as well as a subsequent 10 years in
private-sector security and defense management, Arik Nir contributes
invaluable managerial skills and industry expertise to Athlone
Global Security. His wide network of colleagues throughout the
Israeli homeland security community gives AGS a strategic advantage.
George Faught
Chief Financial Officer, North America
A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of senior management
experience, George Faught has served as the CFO with publicly
traded companies in the natural resources, financial services
and pharmaceutical industries. He served as the CFO for North
American Palladium Ltd., a Platinum Group Metal producer, Hudson
Bay Mining & Smelting Co Ltd, and William Resources Inc. He
brings to Athlone broad experience in financial management, corporate
development and business operations.
Director, Liaison and
Business Development
Renée Stroud’s 30-year career
encompasses service in the military, Federal government and private
industry, specializing in journalism, marketing, communications,
legislative and public affairs. A former U.S. Army photojournalist,
she rose through the Federal government ranks to become an award-winning
editor, Congressional Liaison and ultimately, a deputy director
to the Supreme Allied Commander of Europe and the Deputy Commander
of the U.S. European Command at the Pentagon.
